The apollonia is a mechanized organ and music machine. It was built in 1926 and resides in the musical instrument museum (phoeniz, arizona). It takes up the space of an entire wall. Tech notes: this is a stereo recording made with a sony pcm-d50 (onboard mics, close xy pattern). I failed to notice that the low-cut filter was engaged on the recorder, so the full bass range of the instrument was not properly captured. You'll need to hear it for yourself in person!.

The sound of a hermes baby travel typewriter in action, typing sentences. The paper is initially wound up, then typing begins, then there is the ding at the end of each line. This continues for a few lines before the paper is removed. This was recorded in-person with a tascam dr-40 stereo recorder. Public domain: i have released this audio file into the public domain. It is free for anyone to download, modify, or use without my consent and without attribution - like all freesound audio files should be. Enjoy!.

This is the sound heard when the telephone from the cbc (upf) is used. This telephone connects the researcher (which is outside the experiment room) with the person who is taking the experiment (which is inside the experiment room, and he/she is not able to hear anything from outside). As researchers of the center for brain and cognition, we work to advance our understanding of how experience influences the emergence of structure and function through computational and experimental investigation. We are also interested in understanding how mechanisms regulating brain development interact with the effects of experience to produce the structural and functional characteristics of the brain. These lines of research clarify how specific biological mechanisms routinely support the emergence of cognitive functions, leading to insights into why experience is so important for normal brain development. Sounds like you are in a futuristic city terminal. This is of course meant to represent only one of many sounds - it is not complete without other futuristic sounds (if you want to make a futuristic city terminal atmosphere!). This sound reminds me of an old third-person shooter game which was released/published back in the days (year 2000!) -- messiah!. This sound can for example be used in sci-fi games, for example when the player is walking in a huge futuristic city terminal, or is interacting with an ai - you name it!. If you enjoyed the sound, please rate, comment, spread! it really helps!. Note: make sure to check out the other matrixxx-sounds! the sound quality is always better when you download the sound(s)! ⛄. Enjoy!/matrixxx.
